Administrative Assistant

ADMINISTRATION

  • Provides information to the public and staff related to the City’s policies and practices or regulatory guidelines
  • Coordinates reservations for City parks and the Hiawatha Lodge
  • Reviews water meter leak reports and notifies residents of suspected leaks
  • Serves as City Safety Coordinator
  • Collects and deposits fees and other revenues

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Provides excellent customer service by answering questions and processing transactions.
  • Provides information, options and/or solutions to inquiries, concerns and/or requests from the public
  • Manages City website and other community outreach activities
