Attention City of Pipestone Resident’s!!
With heavy rains in the forecast, the Pipestone Water Department recommends discharging your sump pump outside IMMEDIATELY instead of April 1st per City Ordinance. This will hep prevent backups and bypassing at the lift station.
The Water Department does do spot inspections to ensure you are in compliance.
