Golf Cart Registration and a copy of your proof of insurance can be emailed to
receiptionist@cityofpipestone.com.
We do take payment with your debit/credit card over the phone. Once paid we can then mail you your golf cart permit or you can stop by the City Office located at 119 2nd Ave SW, Suite #9.
