Well since it snowed all over our leaves and made a mess of everything, the city did NOT come by this week (obviously) to vacuum up leaves - they were too busy plowing snow.
So, THIS coming Monday, November 2nd, we will begin Week Two (November 2nd thru 6th) of leaf pickup (and FINAL pickup) and luckily we are getting some sunshine to dry out the lawns and leaves prior to the weekend to rake (or re-rake!!!) to the curbs.
If you can't do it this weekend, or your trees still have their leaves (stupid maples) - you can always bag and haul down to the compost/brush dump located on North Hiawatha past the Pipestone RV Campground on the East side of the road.
