Beginning September 8th, 2025, the City of Pipestone will be partnering with SAFEbuilt, LLC to provide our community with Building Department Services. We will be working closely with them on the implementation of Community Connect, an online portal for homeowners and contractors to submit applications and pay for permits online, check on application status and receive electronic inspection results. SAFEbuilt will also be offering Remote Video Inspections to help meet your scheduling needs.
