A water restriction when into effect on Thursday, September 12th but as of Friday, September 13th this has been lifted.The Pipestone Creek hit a new record crest of 21.51 ft. which the old record set in 5/8/1993 was 20.28 ft. Thank you for your cooperation as it is greatly appreciated.
