We are in search of 3 business/group/family that would like to participate in our 2016 Flower Box Program. The City of Pipestone will furnish the Flower Box, but you are responsible for panting, decorating (optional) the box that is assigned to you as well as keep them weed free. You are encouraged to water and care for your own flower box. The flower boxes will be judged mid-summer.
