City customers can expect this year to be able to pay their utility bills and other city services online and using their credit or debit cards. Customers would be charged an online transaction fee . Payments can be made once the credit card machine is up and functional in person or over the phone. Customers would also be charged a transaction fee as well. The City of Pipestone does offer customers a FREE automatic payment option that comes directly out of their accounts on the 10th of every month, which is the day the utility bills are due.
If you are interested in the auto pay option please fill out an Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments and mail or drop off at the City Office located at 119 2nd Ave SW Suite #9 along with a voided check from your account.
