NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARNING
CITY OF PIPESTONE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pipestone, Pipestone County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on November 1, 2021, at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the Pipestone City Council Chambers in City Hall, 119 2nd Avenue SW, Pipestone, Minnesota, relating to the Pipestone Economic Development Authority's proposed adoption of a Spending Plan for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 12 and 13, pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 469.176, Subd. 4n. Copies of the Spending Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or prior to the meeting in writing.
