The City of Pipestone would like to remind citizens that grass clippings and yard waste can cause damage to the storm water drainage system.  Blowing your lawn waste into the street can clog storm drains and cause drainage and flooding issues.  This is a violation of City Code Chapter 92.01 and is subject to penalty.
