CITY OF PIPESTONE

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR LEGAL SERVICES EXCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION

The City of Pipestone is soliciting qualifications and proposals for city-attorney legal services, excluding criminal prosecution, from qualified law firms. Preference will be given to those proposals demonstrating experience in the area of municipal law. The successful responding firm shall possess sufficient attorney availability and sufficient resources to ensure that the City’s legal needs excluding criminal prosecution will be met in a timely manner. Responses must substantially conform to the instructions listed in the RFQ and RFP, are subject to the terms and conditions in the RFQ and RFP, and must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, submitted as PDF files by email only to Deb Nelson, City Clerk/Interim City Administrator at dnelson@cityofpipestone.com.
