NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Pipestone will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at approximately 5:30 PM at City Hall, 119 2nd Avenue SW, Pipestone, MN 56164. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comment on proposed amendments to Chapter 153 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance regarding Renewable Energy Systems in the City of Pipestone. A copy of the proposed amendments can be obtained online at www.progressivepipestone.com or by contacting the City Clerk. Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission may take action to recommend Zoning Ordinance amendments to the Pipestone City Council.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing. Persons attending the public hearing will be given the opportunity to express their opinion either in favor of or in opposition to the amending of the ordinance.
