NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pipestone will meet in the Council Chambers at the City Hall at approximately 6:30 p.m. on March 20, 2017 to consider the proposed street and utility improvements on 11th Street SW from 8th Avenue SW to the east dead-end, and on 7th Ave SW from 11th Street SE to 7th Street SW (TH 30) and on 9th Street SW from 8th Avenue SW to 6th Avenue SW.
The estimated cost of the improvement is $3,184,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
