How do I submit an appeal for my property?
If you have questions or disagree with the estimated market value or classification of your property, please schedule an appointment with one of the City Assessors between the hours of 1p.m. and 4p.m on Monday, April 8th or Tuesday April 9th, 2024. Issues often can be resolved by speaking with the assessor.
If you still disagree with the assessed value or classification of the property after contacting the assessor, you may appeal. Please submit any appeals to the City Office no later than Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 5p.m.
